From a bracket to a sheet metal assembly
Material grade, thickness, shape and tolerances define the part. Examples include brackets, covers, sheet metal structures, pipe joining clamps, pressed parts and deep-drawn components.
Manufacturing stages are coordinated around the application. Where several parts need joining, we can also assess welded structures and assembly work.
Specify the finish with the part
Include coating, appearance and service conditions in the request. Areas that must remain uncoated and packaging requirements also affect delivery planning.
Provide a drawing, material specification and expected batch sizes. Any tooling requirements are assessed before an order is placed.
